Schleusen Wirtschaft in Woltersdorf

Perfect, even in Corona times. Outside sales, today we tried the Weihnachtsbock, super delicious drink from our own brewery.

Snack character is indicated during corona time. But everything is 1st class. definitely try eggnog.

Nice team. At the time of my visit there was only one out-of-home sale due to Corona restrictions, including Currywurst and drinks. But you can also sit wonderfully on the small bank with benches in front of the lock restaurant.

I was dissatisfied. Because we paid € 11.00 for 1 glass of 0.3l beer and a small cup of coffee. That's a joke.

Nice ambience, good food and delicious beer. Prices are perfectly fine and we'll be back! 😉

Friendly and polite service. Home-brewed beer and tasty food. Toilets very clean, everything recommended.

The restaurant is in a very nice location. Unfortunately the staff is very rude. At first we and other potential guests (waiting at the entrance) were ignored. When asked whether a table is still available, there was a very snotty answer. A friendly "no" or "unfortunately not" would have done it too.

Great location on the water, very nice decor, courteous staff, good fresh cuisine, very tasty home-brewed beer and a good selection of wine and spirits. Make a reservation.

Pleasant ambience, beautifully designed in the interior. You can also sit outside, almost by the lake, nice view, so to speak. Some beers are self-brewed and yes you can even drink them. I would love to come back.

A location where friendly guests can linger without hectic. The location of the Schleusenwirtschaft is not the only bonus that this location can score with. This restaurant is less than a 4 minute walk from the Woltersdorfer Schleuse, on the north bank of the Flakensee. Not only the terrace offers space for various guests to relax and escape from everyday life. A spacious beer garden including a chill-out area (places are limited here) directly on the shores of the lake offer further options for “switching off”. With the clear menu, it is only after a closer look and after the dishes have been served that it becomes clear to the “connoisseur” that the focus here is on quality and not on quantity. Now, to be fair, I have to say that we did not try all of the dishes on offer, BUT it is difficult to imagine that our two dishes, both in terms of taste and appearance, differ significantly from other offers. Only with love and intuition is it possible to turn the supposedly “normal” into a “culinary delight” (fried black pudding with onion jam and toasted bread + salad), which we definitely appreciate. Just as difficult to imagine is the fact that the service and friendliness change so seriously within two or three weeks. Without a doubt, we had a pleasant stopover that we would like to repeat and YES - we can recommend this place. PS: I was neither “paid” for my rating, nor am I a restaurant tester. NO - I am ONLY aware of the overall situation we are in. I know that z. There are currently deficits in EVERY industry, but the employees and the staff, which ALWAYS ensures that all of our lives work as "normally" as possible (nursing staff / rescue workers / logistics / all service providers - paid a standing ovation months ago) give everything in their power. And YES - I understand that different sensations can come about here, too, but who can claim to always show a smile when the nerves are a bit "irritated" after the "thousandth" customer / guest, because exactly one guest / customer previously tried to express his displeasure with incomprehensible arguments (in German - because of "Pillepalle"). If EVERYONE takes back only a few percent and appreciates the things that sweeten our life, ONLY then there is hope that we will treat ourselves reasonably again in a timely manner - because hope is a good thing, maybe even the best and good things can't die.

A wonderful place to literally hang the eggs. The beer is cracked and naturally cloudy and stimulates the senses. A masterpiece of the art of brewing. The terrace is cozy, the range of dishes is not exaggerated and factual. In the presence of my mistress, I ate a balanced chicken burger which was accompanied by a delicious coleslaw salad. The service was professional, Berlin dialect grade 1a. Not for tie gymnasts. A cheesecake would have delighted me ... next time for sure. 😎

Nice and quick service. Always a cool saying on the lips. Tables were disinfected several times. Delicious beer and and burger with fries.

Unfriendly staff seem overwhelmed by a simple question. We went straight back. Namely in the Flakensee terrace. Can I get rid of my money better elsewhere?

An open-air snack bar - which tries to find its place with the adjoining restaurants, cafes and pubs. Rustic home cooking and, if you're lucky, an iced coffee, if the coffee machine works. But since they are centrally located in Woltersdorf at the lock and directly on the water, there are many people who take a look and maybe let their children play with the historical water pump. Halfway in the shade, ideal for lingering if you don't have high culinary expectations.

So if you want to have a nice, successful celebration, go everywhere - really everywhere - but not to the Schleusenwirtschaft. That was by far the most disturbing experience we have ever had in a restaurant. Despite MULTIPLE arrangements in advance (which cakes, what dishes for dinner, champagne reception and much more ...) has NOTHING! worked. Neither the agreed cake nor the discussed supper was there - but it shouldn't come until then - as we were neither greeted when we arrived nor did anyone ask for drinks in the next 90 minutes. Not to mention the absolutely filthy toilet! It was absolute horror. Thank goodness we then looked for another restaurant in the area on our own and found what we were looking for. So after this dirty reception / coffee with the whole birthday party we wandered to the "love source" 50 m away and what can I say, there are actually still people who greet you and even congratulated Grandma on his 80th birthday. They took us in absolutely spontaneously (20 people, including 2 children and puppies) and saved our evening! Great service, incredibly delicious food and, all in all, a very nice staff. So if you accidentally get lost in the Schleusenwirtschaft, don't give up and take the extra 50 m in purchase, you will not only do yourself a favor but also the lazy waitresses in the SW - they will be happy, not having to talk to you.

Great location not far from the famous Woltersdorf lock. Innovative, primarily German cuisine and home-brewed beer at moderate prices are a good combination for guests. The service is friendly and courteous, although some portions could be a bit larger. You sit wonderfully by the water. It wasn't our first visit here, and it definitely won't be the last.

Very nice place on the water to relax. The self-made beer is delicious and easy to drink. The innkeeper is nice and the view of the water is just great. I can only recommend.

We went by boat with a friend to collect his wife who had organised an outing for elderly people. We had a lovely trip along the Spree river crossing 2 lakes that are interconnected by it. Returning back after having snachs and a cold juice at the SchleusenWirtschaft.

Our waitress was quite unfriendly but she could have mentioned, when I ordered the Schweinehaxe, to eat outside, that a swarm of flies would follow. Instead she mentioned this afterwards saying, "ya, this always happens with the Schweinehaxe."
